MAGNETIC GRIPPERS

These magnets hold steel objects in an unshakeable grip. Once a Goudsmit magnetic gripper has been switched on, it never lets go again, even if the air pressure drops or if there is a power cut.

VACUUM GRIPPING MAGNET (MAGVACU®)

For handling or grabbing of:
* Pressed or perforated steelsheet up to a thickness of 12 mm
* Aluminium materials
* Stainless steel and other metals like car roofs (example) 

For transport and transfer use in:
* Automated processes on laser cutting machines
* Press brakes and press transfer systems in the car and
   sheet metal work automotive and plate processing
   industries* Suited for steel, aluminium and stainless steel.

Advantages with regard to conventional vacuumgrippers:
* Re-tooling for different products is not necessary > more types
  of products can be handled on unmanned machines
* Twice as strong, thus safer
* he magnet pulls the steel plate onto the vacuum suction cup
  so that no vacuum can leak away.

BATTERY OPERATED ELECTRO LIFTING MAGNETS

In the event that you wish to transport workpieces over, without access to a mains power supply, then battery-powered lifting magnets may be the solution. Your workpiece can be transferred from crane to crane or from one forklift truck to another without the load being dropped. The magnets are powered by a battery. Controls are fitted to the magnet for easy operation. The battery-powered magnet is available with a lifting capacity of up to 1000 kg. These magnets can also be equiped with wireless remote control.

MANUALLY SWITCHED PERMANENT LIFTING MAGNETS

In places where no power supply is available, these manually switched magnets are extremely suitable. By means of muscle power this magnet can be switched on and off. These magnets are suitable for round or flat material and have a safety factor of 3.5.
