CONVEYORS FOR LIDS, CROWN CORKS AND SCREW CAPS

Magnetic supply installations for lids, rings and disks to filling and sealing machines will ensure that there always will be present a buffer. The supply will be measured continuously and if the stock drops beneath a certain level, it will be supplemented automatically. Refer to lid transport drawing; explanation of the numbers:

If you work in a wet environment, the magnets must be protected against rust. This is not only caused by water, but more and more frequently by agressive cleaning detergents as well. Therefore, the rest of installation will be furnished entirely in RVS. 

1.       Buffer supply driven by a round belt. Magnetic sheet separators at the end of the belt will ensure that the lids will go to magnetic supply transporter 2 one by one. The round belt and the magnetic supply transporter both have their own controlled driving mechanism.

2.       Vertical and horizontal magnetic transporter.

Magnetic buffer magazine. The sheet separators will provide a constant pressure on the sealing machine. A level measurement will ensure the supply

MAGNETIC DOWNSTACKER

A magnetic downstacker will supply lids, rings and disks to right above the sealing machine. The lids will be led into a lid transport role by means of a supply gutter (with vibration magnet) that was placed at a 15° angle. This supply gutter serves as buffer magazine. This role will ensure at the end of the gutter that the lids will be turned 90 degrees, as a result of which they will end up straight above the sealing machine.

MAGNETIC UPSTACKER

A magnetic upstacker will ensure that the lids, rings or disks coming out of the production machines can be packaged.

The lids will come out of the machines one by one, after which the lid transport role will place them straight up on a round belt transporter, ready to be packaged.
